By accessing or using the services provided by Solven Technology Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the GDLink software and associated tutorials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Subject to payment of applicable fees, Solven Technology Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GDLink for personal or commercial game development projects.
The GDLink core engine, including native GDExtension source code and GDScript logic bricks, remains the intellectual property of Solven Technology Inc. Unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, or resale is strictly prohibited.
Solven Technology Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the software.
