Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

Solven Technology Inc. provides digital software (GDLink) and tutorial courses. Due to the non-tangible nature of these products, we generally do not offer refunds once the software license has been activated or the course content accessed.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• Fundamental non-functionality on supported operating systems (Windows/Linux) where technical support cannot provide a fix within 14 business days.
• Accidental duplicate purchase of the same license key.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions to the "Solven Tech Pass" can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
